Customer information

Which customer the contact belongs to.

• Customer
  The associated customer (organization). 

Contact information

• Barcode
  The unique number or barcode of a contact. This is not a required field.
• Salutation
  The salutation of the contact.
• First name
  The first name of the contact person.
• Last name
  The last name of the contact person.

Communication

How to reach the contact person.

• Phone number
  The phone number of the contact person. This is not a required field, but it is recommended to use this field. If there is a question about a particular order or item, you can always easily call a contact person.
• GSM
  The cell phone number (or second phone number) of the contact person. Not a required field.
• Email
  The email address of the contact person. This is not a required field, but it is recommended to use this field. For example, order confirmations can be sent to this email address.
• Language
  The default language that is best for the contact.
