Default email templates tab

Default email templates set up with the client for customized or personalized emails.

This view displays all the email templates that are set as default for the customer. The advantage of this is that if you do a lot of business with a customer that you can set default templates, so you don't have to select a different template every time. It also allows you to select individualized templates for a customer.
