Creating a task on an order

Create a task for your colleague to optimise the rental process.

On an order, you can see the different process tasks that are important until invoicing. You can also add intermediate tasks between the standard process steps. These tasks can even be set in some places to lock the subsequent step until it is completed.

For example, after completing the order by placing items on it, you may feel the need to get confirmation from the customer before preparing the order in the warehouse for delivery.

New (sub) task

To create a new task:

  • Click to create a new task.

The dialog will then open to create a new task.

  • Please fill in the task form as completely as possible.
  • Select any resource(s).

Entering Resource(s) ensures that the task goes to the right person and that the task ends up in the kanban planning.
