Attestation

Identification of the attestation

• Name
  A unique name for the attestation, that will be used throughout the system.
• Description
  The description of the attestation. This will also be visible throughout the system.
• Comprehensive description
  A comprehensive description of the attestation or certificate. This field allows you to insert additional details regarding the attestation, for example the procedure on how a customer can pay the attestation.

Provider

When applicable, the provider of the attestation can be inserted.

• Provided by
  A free field where the name of a person, company or organisation can be provided that was responsible for providning the attestation.
