Identification of the end of lease already carried out.

• End of lease number
  The End-of-Hire Number is the unique number given to an End-of-Hire receipt, it is generated automatically.
• Signatory
  The person who signed for receipt of the items.

Customer information

At which customer the end of lease was executed.

• Customer
  The selected customer from whom the items were returned.
• Reference
  A reference of the customer, for example a serial number or a project number for the purpose of administrative processing of the customer.
