Contact information

The contact the attestation is assigned to.

• Contact
  The contact that will be linked to the attestation.

Attestation info

identification of the attestation.

• Attestation name
  The name of the attestation or certificate that will be linked to the contact.

Validity

The period in which the attestation will be valid.

• Start date validity
  The date from which the attestation linked to the contact will be valid.
• End date validity
  The date when the attestation linked to the contact will become invalidated.
