How do you set up user roles within RentMagic?

A user always has one role within RentMagic that makes certain modules accessible or inaccessible.

In the Roles and Permissions module you can create, modify and optionally delete different roles that are used within the system. You can also use this module to fully customize the role and assign the permissions. After all, not every user will have the same role within the organization. The roles can then be assigned to users using the Users module. Each user is always assigned to one role.
