General information of the reservation.

Reservation Identification.

Transaction type
If transaction types are used in your environment, then this field can be used to apply a separate classification to your documents. This field will also be copied to a subsequent document status.
Reservation number.
The reservation number is the unique number given to the reservation, it is automatically generated.
Reference
A reference for the customer, for example a serial number or a project number for administrative processing at the customer.
Status
Automatic value to indicate the status of the reservation.
- Active: The reservation is new and editable. A reservation is immediately active when it is created, but remains editable as long as it is active.
- Order: An order has (already) been made from the reservation.
- Expired: The reservation had a certain shelf life, but has passed a date so it has now expired.

Which customer the reservation was created for.

Custiomer
The selected customer for whom the reservation (and later order) is intended.
Contact
A contact person within the customer's company who will receive the reservation. This field is not required, but recommended to be used.
Address
The address where the items are to be delivered if the reservation becomes an actual order. If no address is selected, then the default address is selected from the customer data. This is also the billing address. For companies where only one address is known, it is therefore not necessary to create additional addresses.

Where the reservation was placed.

Which rental period (start to finish) applies to the items in the reservation.

Deliver on
This field is the time of shipment, usually a date. The shipping field initially changes automatically after the Invoice start field changes and depends on the duration of delivery set on a shipping method or a customer card. The field that is filled in at the header of the reservation is a suggestion that is copied along when placing items on the reservation.
Invoicing from
This field is the time of when the invoicing of items starts. This can be different due to delivery/transport time for example. The field that is filled in at the head of the reservation is a suggestion that is copied along when placing items on the reservation. The invoicing start can be set per article.
Verwachte einde-huur
This field is the time the items will be returned to the warehouse. Also depending on the delivery/transportation time it is good to check when the items are returned. After the moment of return the items are back in stock in the warehouse. The field in the header of the reservation is a suggestion that will be copied when placing items on the reservation.
Calculate price until
This field is the time of when the billing of items ends. This can also be different due to for example delivery/transport time for returns. The field that is filled in on the reservation header is a suggestion that is copied along when placing articles on the reservation. The invoicing end is therefore adjustable per article.

Currency
The currency set on this reservation. This may differ from the default currency set within RentMagic.
Automatically assigned discount percentage items
Discount or surcharge percentage over the prices of the items put on the reservation. A positive value is a surcharge (S) on the standard price and a negative value (D) is a discount on the standard price.
Ignore Price Agreements
If a standard discount should not be charged for this reservation check this box.

Until how long the reservation remains valid.

Availability date
The date on which this reservation will expire and is no longer valid.

Additional notes on the reservation.

Total excluding VAT
The total value of all items on the reservation, excluding VAT.
Total VAT
The total value of VAT of all items.
Total incl. VAT
The total value of all items on the reservation, including VAT.

The user who created this reservation.
Edited by
The user who last edited the reservation.
Created on
The date when the reservation was created.
Last edited on
The date on which this reservation will expire and is no longer valid
