Files added to an order, such as a contract or images.

Bij een order is de optie aanwezig om bestanden te uploaden. Dit kan eenvoudig zijn om belangrijke documenten bij de order te bewaren. Deze worden ook altijd bewaard en kunnen later terug worden ingezien.

Upload a new file

To link a file to the order:

  • To upload a file via the browser:
    • On the form, click Select a local file. The browser's explorer dialog opens.
    • Select a file on your local computer and click Open.
    • Click Upload in the form.
  • To upload the file via drag-and-drop:
    • Use your local explorer to select one or more files to upload.
    • Drag the files with your explorer to the upload form. You will see that a rectangular window appears with a term such as 'Upload file'.

The files are copied to RentMagic and are recorded with the order.

It is not possible to upload files with the browser on mobile devices. This functionality only works on desktop computers.

Deleting a file

To delete a file:

  • Use the filter to search for a specific file using a keyword. 
  • Select the file (or several files) in the overview.
  • Click Delete in the action bar.
  • Confirm the message.

The file will be removed from RentMagic immediately. It will also be removed from storage.

Download (open) the file

To view a file, you must first download it to your local system.

To download a file:

  • Use the filter to search for a specific file using a keyword. 
  • Select the file (or several files) in the overview.
  • Click Download in the action bar.
The file is downloaded by the browser. If more than one file is selected, a ZIP file containing all selected files is downloaded.
