Contacts tab

Contacts can be used in the business process. Using a selected contact, you can see who is responsible for the rented items.

Also, the contact is used to send emails and correspondence.

New Contact

To create a new contact with the customer:

The details form for creating a new contact is displayed. 

  • Fill in all fields as completely as possible.
  • In the action bar, click Save.

The contact is created and you can use it immediately.

Modifying a contact

To modify an existing contact:

  • Use the filter to search for a specific contact using a keyword. 
  • Double-click the contact in question in the overview.

The contact's form opens.

  • Modify the fields you want to change and check the other information.
  • In the action bar, click Save to save the data.

The data is immediately active and existing documents with references to the contact are immediately updated.

Delete contact

You can delete an existing contact that is no longer in use.

To remove a contact:

  • Use the filter to search for a specific contact using a keyword. 
  • Select the contact in the overview.
  • Click Delete in the action bar.
  • Confirm the message.

The contacts will be removed from the system immediately.
