Translation tab

Create a translation for the attestation to support foreign languages in RentMagic Shop.

Do you also want to make the information in your attestation available to your customers abroad? Translate the required information in the document and your front end with ease.

New translation 

To create a new translation at the attestation:

• In the overview, click New in the action bar.

The details of the form for creating a new translation are shown. The overview shows all fields which can be displayed in the documents on the frontend, e.g. RentMagic Shop.

• Please fill in the fields as completely as possible.
• Click Save in the action bar.

The translation is created and is immediately available for use in reports or within RentMagic Shop.

Adjusting a translation

To adjust an existing translation, follow these steps:

• Use the filter to insert keywords to find the translation you want to edit. 
• Double-click on the translation in the results overview.

The translation form will now open.

• Adjust the fields to your needs and check all other information for correctness.
• Click Save in the action bar to save your changes.

The new information is updated and immediately ready for use in reports or RentMagic Shop.

Removing a translation

If you no longer need a specific translation, you have the option of deleting it.

To delete a translation, follow the steps below:

• Use the filter to insert keywords to find the translation you want to delete. 
• Select the translation in the results overview.
• In the action bar, click Delete.

The translation will be deleted immediately and can no longer be used for reports or via RentMagic Shop.

Translation

A translation for RentMagic Shop or reports.

• Language
  The language into which the text will be translated.
• Description
  The description allows you to add more information about the item.
• Published by
  The person who made the translation.
• Detailed description
  The extended description allows you to add specifications and explanations about the item. You can use HTML in this field.
